Celebs and Disney fans took to their social media handles to mourn the death of young actor Cameron Boyce. Cameron, 20, who was addressed as Cam by co-workers passed away Saturday due to “an ongoing medical condition”, his family said in their statement to ABC News. Cam had starred in Disney’s popular television series Jessie and Descendants. The news of the Disney Channel actor’s passing away got the celebrities, including Hollywood stars, to mourn the loss of a talented young actor.
Actor Adam Sandler turned up all nostalgic and full of praises for the departed soul on his Instagram handle. He tagged a monochrome photo of Boyce with these moving words. “Too young. Too sweet. Too funny. Just the nicest, most talented, and most decent kid around. Loved that kid. Cared so much about his family. Cared so much about the world. Thank you, Cameron, for all you gave to us. So much more was on the way. All our hearts are broken. Thinking of your amazing family and sending our deepest condolences.”
His Jessie co-star Skai Jackson said she was in tears. Her insta account was full of her pictures with Cam who she fondly addressed as “the big brother I never had”.
