The weekend dose of the Jaipur Literature Festival witnessed a session with writer Amish in conversation with author Kiran Manral. The session ‘War on Lanka’ discussed Amish’s latest addition to his Ram Chandra series. The book, War of Lanka, brings together the narratives of Ram, Sita, and Raavan in an epic tale of Dharma, light, victory, fear, and love. In conversation with author Kiran Manral, Amish took the audience through the roots of this grand tale, its socio-cultural ethos, and its everlasting message.
